Governing Law

Users irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and waive any objections to venue appropriateness. Alternative dispute resolution mechanisms may be available at the Operator's discretion. Severability provisions shall apply such that invalid clauses do not affect the enforceability of remaining terms. Modifications to these Terms shall be effective upon publication and continued platform usage constitutes acceptance of amendments.
